Rates and Availability; Letting terms and conditions

2010 Rates

Lets run from Saturday to Saturday.

The following prices are per week:
Peak Season (end of June to early September) £950 (£1,000 2011)
High Season (Summer and October half terms, Wave Classic week) £725 (£750 2011)
Mid Season (8th May on, June, September, October, Christmas and New Year, Easter) £575 (£600 2011)
Low Season (late April, early May, November, December, January, February, March) £400 (£425 2011)

Precise dates on request.

Additionally, if the party size is greater than 6, add £50 per extra person per week.

(If you have already booked at a lower rate you will not pay any extra.)

We are willing to negotiate lower rates for low occupancy booked at relatively short notice.

Rates include electricity, heating, linen (100% cotton,) 2 house towels per person, bath mats and dish cloths.

Letting Terms and Conditions

No pets.

No smoking in house.

Maximum of 9 people (including children) staying in house; normally maximum of 8 adults.
Groups of windsurfers/kitesurfers are welcome. Please contact us to discuss arrangements. We may choose to adjust the deposit and/or limit occupancy if you sound very wild!


When the booking is made a deposit of 15% of the total rent is payable; this will be repaid within 14 days of the end of the rental period, less any costs for breakages, repairs or extra cleaning.

The full rental payment is due 12 weeks before the entry date. At this stage you will have paid the full rental amount plus the returnable 15% deposit.

If you cancel any refund will be at our discretion, largely dependent on whether we are able to rent the house for that period.

We ask you to leave the house as clean as you find it.

Exit and entry times are fixed to allow for extra cleaning in between lets. You are expected to vacate the house 2 hours before the scheduled ferry departure time. You will be able to enter the house 2 hours after the scheduled ferry arrival time (although you may drop off luggage in the garage straight away.) We understand that traditionally Tiree lets have not involved this "gap" but it is the only way the house can be professionally presented.

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will make you liable to lose your booking or your right to stay in the house without refund.
